Overall Health Continued: Mentality

Mental health is really important, but the subject continues to be surrounded by a stigma. This week, college football lost an athlete and I realized that we do not talk about mental health as much as we need to. Talking about mental illness is a great way to help people understand that they are not alone, and there is nothing wrong with seeking help. Even in our lightest moments of life, we can still feel darkness inside of us.
